内容 Content：
缠绕画的创作特性~专注、规律、无对错，在繁忙中放慢步调，安顿情绪、舒缓压力。绘画过程中结合音乐营造沉浸心流氛围，于三小时的实作中学习基础图样，培养自我疗癒方式。
The creative features of Zentangle are focus, regularity, and no right or wrong. It allows you to slow down in your busy life, settle your emotions, and relieve stress. The painting process with music is forming an immersive flow atmosphere. In three hours of hands-on practice, you could find the way of self-healing.
活动讲师以中文授课。
