  • Q: Move-out process

    Print the "Dormitory Move-out Application Form"(Housing Services Section→Form Download) by yourself and provide signature of your contact office (International College, Office of Cross-Strait Education, Student Assistance Section) or attach supporting documentation.

    Step 1: Submit the form to Housing Services for verification.
    Step 2: Bring the form to the dormitory counter on move out day for check-out.
    Final step: Submit the form to Housing Services Section to complete the check-out process.

    ※For those who apply for withdrawal, the accommodation deposit will not be refunded except for suspension of study, dropout, transfer, graduation, internship, or other special reasons.

  • Lost or invalid student ID card, unable to enter the dormitory, what should I do?

    [Situation 1] Lost student ID card:
    Please apply for a new student ID card at the Registration and Curriculum Sectionof the Academic Affairs Office.
    Before receiving the new student ID card, you can apply for a temporary card at the Housing Service Section.
    The deposit for the temporary card is NT$100, and the deposit will be refunded when the temporary card is returned.

    [Situation 2] Invalid student ID card:
    Please go to the Housing Service Section to confirm the status of the student ID card.
    If the student ID card is broken, the [Situation 1] will be followed.
    If the student ID card is not broken, Housing Service Section will be reset it after the confirms the accommodation status.

    ※Remember to return the temporary card and bring the new student ID card to the Housing Service Section after receiving the new student ID card.
