※Please evaluate your "ability to adapt to group life" and " suitability for accommodation" before applying, in order to avoid infringing on others' rights or losing your own property.
※The allocation of the beds is subject to the Housing Services Section. It is not allowed to move, exchange or occupy them without ratification, nor to refuse a new resident.
Accommodation consent
Asia University Student Accommodation consent
This consent is considered to be an accommodation contract, please read the following carefully.
1. I fully understand and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Asia University's Residential and Housing Services Section (hereinafter referred to as "Housing Services Section") (Housing Services Section website → Dormitory Life → Housing Regulations (Click here)). If I will be responsible for any violation of the rules and regulations of the Housing Services Section which affects my right and interest in accommodation.
2. After the application is approved, the period of residence will be calculated on the basis of the academic year according to the school calendar (meaning the first and second semesters of the academic year, excluding winter and summer vacations); the period of early and late residence will be from three days before the beginning of the school year to three days after the 18th weeks of the semester.
3. For details of dormitory-related fees, refer to the Housing Services Section website → Dormitory Life → Housing Information → Charges (Click here). I will pay the fee when the Housing Services Section notifies me of my housing status. I am required to pay the housing fee, electricity fee and NT$1,000 deposit within the payment period set by the Cashier's Section of the General Affairs Office.
4. For the purpose of residents’ health and safety, every first applicant must represent a chest X-ray examination report within 3 months before the check-in date from a hospital in Taiwan (Taiwan, Peng-hu, Jin-ma). Academic year residency eligibility.
5.I should be completed the check-in procedures within two weeks from the start of each semester. If I don't complete the check-in within the period and don't apply for postponement of check-in, I will be disqualified and the deposit will not be refunded.
6.From 11:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. the next day is night security control time. Those who want to leave the dormitory during this period should register at the dormitory counter before going out. And anyone has to swipe card or clarified identity by dormitory administrator to access the dorm, and fill in a relevant form. In order to improve the quality of life in the dormitory. From 11:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. next day is set as "quiet time". Please keep quiet during this time. Any clamorous is strictly prohibited.
7. During the stay, I will truly cooperate with the dormitory announcements and participate in important dormitory gatherings and activities (such as disaster prevention and evacuation drills) without objection. If I fail to pay attention to the dormitory announcements due to personal negligence, which affects the accommodation rights, I am willing to bear the consequences.
8. Cooperate with the school to understand the status of dormitory students, I will implement the measures related to dormitory roll call.
9. I should cooperate with the school’s energy conservation and carbon reduction policies, save water and electricity, and implement garbage classification.
10. Smoking is prohibited in the dormitory or dormitory restricted areas (including balconies, personnel entrances and squares in front of the dormitory). Violators will be asked to leave the accommodation, and the accommodation fee and deposit will not be refunded.
11. If it is necessary to enter the room due to management, cleaning and disinfection, equipment maintenance, and other reasons, the school staff reserves the right to enter the room to inspect, repair or adjust the room beds, and residents should cooperate.
12. When checking in, must confirm that the room environment is clean and that there are no items left by previous resident. When leaving/checking out, the room must be restored to clean standard conditions. If the residents fail to pass the cleaning inspection, the deposit will not be refunded. 13.For the purpose of “student dormitory safety management”, Asia University obtains personal information such as the name and phone number of parents and emergency contacts from dormitory students for necessary contact during the student’s stay and within the region. I may exercise the right to inquire, read, supplement, and correct; request to provide copy, request to stop processing and use; request to delete personal data, etc., Please contact the residential colleges and housing services section(dss@asia.edu.tw) with Asia University student mailbox.

►If the resident "received 15 or more penalty points in the academic year" or "incomplete dormitory earthquake drill", then the resident is not eligible to apply for housing for the next academic year. ►Postgraduate students must use the Student Information System to apply for a 4-person room. ►Arrangement of beds for extension student and overdue student are at the end of the waiting list. Extension student:Graduates are not allowed to live in dormitory, submit extension application on 08/01 then apply for housing.
