The requirements for the 108-2 semester postponed students who want apply for staying in the dormitory are as follows:

A. There would be only Gratitude Hall (July) and Blessing Hall (August) open during the summer vacation of the 108-2 semester. The other dorms are closed.

(1). Operation days of Gratitude Hall would be:

     2020/7/5 (Sun) 12: 00-7 / 31 (Fri) 15:00

(2). Operation days of Blessing Hall would be:

     2020/7/31 (Fri) 15:00-8/28 (Fri) 15:00

 (The date above would be by the revised calendar of the 109 academic year).

B. Application dates:

      2020/5/25 (Mon)-2020/6/8 (Mon).

C. The application process:

(1). Download the 108-2 semester postponed student accommodation application
 form online, fill it, print it, and hand it to the Residential Colleges and Housing
 Services Section for review.

(2). Check the amount accommodation fee with the Residential Colleges and
Housing Services Section (accommodation fee is NT$75 per night).

(3). Pay accommodation fee at the automatic payment machine (Administration Building), and submit the bid to the Residential Colleges and Housing Services Section; pay accommodation deposit NT$100 ("refunding upon check-out"). If you didn’t follow the Check-out procedure, the deposit would be nonrefundable. " thousand bill would not be accepted "

(4). If you want to share a room, you must submit the application form together;
 otherwise you got to accept the assigned room.

D. The date moving to " Gratitude Hall " is beginning at 12:00 on July 5(Sun), 2020.
