110-4暑假住宿申请

为提供本校学生暑假申请住宿，暑假住宿规定如下:公告
一、因疫情因素，110学年度暑假期间开放登峰学苑，仅供本校住宿生申请住宿；经校方签核同意之营队申请住宿则开放感恩学苑，其他宿舍关闭。
二、申请暑假住宿之同学，请于111/05/30(一)至111/06/09(四)止提出申请(以利宿服组尽早安排暑假床位)。
三、申请流程如下：
(3)至自动缴费机(行政大楼)缴交住宿费，并至宿服组缴交申办联与住宿保证金100元，住宿保证金100元于『退宿时归还』，如未依规定退宿，则不予退还。

(4)如需同寝，请务必同时缴交住宿申请单，如分开缴交将由宿服组安排床位。二、申请暑假住宿之同学，请于111/05/30(一)至111/06/09(四)止提出申请(以利宿服组尽早安排暑假床位)。
三、申请流程如下：
(1)上网打印寒暑假住宿申请单。
(2)至宿服组审核住宿金额(住宿费用一晚150元，若为支领学校服务学习金之同学，于寒(暑)假住宿申请单下方「校内工读/实习/专题研究证明书」，由各单位主管盖章证明后，住宿费一晚75元)。<请确定住宿日期再行缴费>(3)至自动缴费机(行政大楼)缴交住宿费，并至宿服组缴交申办联与住宿保证金100元，住宿保证金100元于『退宿时归还』，如未依规定退宿，则不予退还。

※申请寒假住宿时，如中途退宿将不退费。如申请10日只住6日，4日费用不退费。※
四、110-4暑假登峰学苑全期75天74晚，开放时间如下：111/6/20(一)中午12时至9/2(五)中午12时(76天75晚)。
五、暑假住宿生于111/6/20(一)17时过后至「登峰学苑」领钥匙。
六、111-1学期宿舍开放时间为111年9月3日(星期六)上午8时起。

110-4 Summer Boarding Application Announcement
The Summer boarding regulations are as follows:
The Summer boarding regulations are as follows:
1.During the summer vacation of the 110th academic year, Gratitude Hall (Dorm.1) is opened for camps and Summit Hall (Dorm.4) is opened for summer boarding students who apply for accommodation, and the other dormitories are closed.
2.Please submit the Summer Boarding application to Residential Colleges and Housing Services Section from between May 30th ( Mon.) to June 9 ( Thu.).
3.Application process as follows:
(1)Print out the Summer and Winter Vacation Boarding Application Form.
(2)Payment conditions as NT$ 150 per night for regulation applicants; NT$ 75 per night for applicants with “on-campus working permit” verified by the unit supervisor. Please pay accommodation fee after your payment is confirmed by the Residential Colleges and Housing Services Section staff.
(3)Pay the accommodation fee at the Payment Machine (at the Administrative Building) and summit the payment receipt to the Residential Colleges and Housing Services Section staff.
(4)Pay accommodation deposit NT$ 100 in cash <only NT$100 bill is acceptable.> at the Residential Colleges and Housing Services Section. The deposit will be returned upon checking out (on the condition of completing checking out progress otherwise no refund).

※If a share room is requested, please submit the application forms together, otherwise the arrangement is nonnegotiable. ※
※Once completing the payment means the lease is taken. The accommodation fee would be non-refundable by any circumstances.<Such as moving out in the middle of terms.> and the leasehold would be non-transferable. ※
4.Running days for Summit Hall (Dorm.4) for 110-4 Summer vacation: (the total is 75 days74 nights)
June 20th (Mon.) 12:00 - September 2nd (Fri.) 12:00 → open Summit Hall (Dorm.4)

5.The key will be dispatched at Summit Hall (Dorm.4) after June 20th, 2022 (Mon.) 17:00. for Summer boarding students.
