105-4暑假住宿申请

为提供本校学生暑假申请住宿及相关营队借宿，暑假住宿规定如下:

一、105学年度暑假期间仅开放7月感恩学苑及8月惜福学苑，供校内、外营队及本校学生申请住宿，其他宿舍关闭。

 

二、申请暑假住宿之同学，请于106/5/22(一)起，至106/6/12(一)止提出申请(以利宿服组尽早安排暑假床位)。申请流程如下：

1.上网打印寒暑假住宿申请单。＜请确定住宿日期再行缴费＞

2.至宿服组审核住宿金额(住宿费用一晚150元，若为支领学校服务学习金之同学，于寒（暑）假住宿申请单下方「校内工读证明书」，由各单位主管盖章证明后，住宿费一晚75元)。

3.至自动缴费机(行政大楼)缴交住宿费，并将申办联缴交至宿服组；并至宿服组缴交住宿保证金100元『退宿时归还』，如未依规定退宿，则不予退还。<勿 拿 千 元 大 钞 >

4.如需同寝，请务必同时缴交申请单；如分开缴交由宿服组安排床位。

※申请暑假住宿时，如中途退宿将不退费。如申请10日只住６日，４日费用不退费。※

105-4暑假感恩&惜福学苑开放时间：

1. 6月27日（二）12:00－7月31日（一）15:00暑假期间开放感恩学苑供营队及暑假住宿学生申请，其他宿舍关闭。

2. 7月31日（一）15:00后－9月8日（五）12:00暑假期间开放惜福学苑供营队及暑假住宿学生申请，其他宿舍关闭。

 

三、暑假住宿生于106/6/27(二)17时过后至「感恩学苑」领钥匙。

105-4 Summer Boarding Application Announcement

 

 For summer boarding application and summer camps application, the summer boarding regulations are as follows:

1. Summer boarding time (105-4)- dorm open hours in the summer are as follows:

June 27 (Tue.) 12:00- July 31 ( Mon.) 15:00 Dorm.1 and July 31 ( Mon.) 15:00- September 8 ( Friday) 12:00 Dorm.2 is open for summer camps and summer boarding students; other dorms are closed.

 

2. Please submit the application for summer boarding from May 22, 2017 ( Mon.) to June 12, 2017 ( Mon.) (for Student Housing Service Section to arrange the beds). Application process as follows:

(1) Print out the Summer and Winter Vacation Boarding Application Form. <Please pay after confirming the boarding date.>

(2) Check the boarding fee at the Student Housing Service Section (NT$ 150 per night; NT$ 75 per night for students with “on-campus working permit” verified by the unit supervisor.)

(3) Pay the boarding fee at the Payment Kiosk (at the Administrative Building) and return the Application receipt to the Student Housing Service Section;

(4) Pay the boarding deposit NT$ 100 at the Student Housing Service Section. The deposit will be returned upon check out. If check out regulations are not being followed, the deposit will not be returned. <Thousand bill is not accepted.>

(5) If same room is requested, please submit the application form at the same time; if the application form is submitted separately, the bed will be arranged by the Dorm Service Unit.

For summer boarding, the fee will not be refunded if check out in the middle of the stay. If you apply for 10 days but only stay for 6 days, the fee of the other 4 days will not be refunded.※

 

3. Open hours for Dorm.1 105-4 summer vacation:

June 27 (Tue.) 12:00- July 31 ( Mon.) 15:00 Dorm.1

July 31 ( Mon.) 15:00- September 8 ( Friday) 12:00 Dorm.2 (Total 74 days 73 nights)

 

4. Summer boarding students please get the key at Dorm.1 after June 27,2017 (Tue.) 17:00.
