公告

为提供本校学生寒假申请住宿及相关营队借宿，寒假离宿规定如下:

  • 108学年度寒假期间仅开放感恩学苑，供校、内外营队及本校学生申请住宿，其他宿舍关闭。
  • 申请寒假住宿之同学，请于108/12/16(一)起，至109/01/06(一)止提出申请(以利宿服组尽早安排寒假床位)。申请流程如下：
  1. 上网打印寒暑假住宿申请单。<请确定住宿日期再行缴费>
  2. 至宿服组审核住宿金额(住宿费用一晚150元，若为支领学校服务学习金之同学，于寒(署)假住宿申请单下方「校内工读证明书」，由各单位主管盖章证明后，住宿费一晚75元)。
  3. 至自动缴费机(行政大楼)缴交住宿费，并将申办联缴交至宿服组；并至宿服组缴交住宿保证金100元『退宿时归还』如未依规定退宿，则不予退还。<勿拿千元大钞>
  4. 如需同寝，请务必同时缴交同寝单，如分开缴交由宿服组安排床位。

※申请寒假住宿时，如中途退宿将不退费。如申请10日只住6日，4日费用不退费。※

  • 108-3寒假感恩学苑开放时间：109/1/13(一)下午17时至1/22(三)下午15时；1/30(四)上午8时至2/14(五)下午5时止 ， 全期25天24晚。
  • 寒假住宿生于108/1/13(一)17时过后至「感恩学苑」领钥匙。
  • 108-2学期宿舍开放时间为109年2月15日(星期六)上午8时起。

For winter boarding application and winter camps application, the winter boarding regulations are as follows:

  • Dorm.1 is open for winter camps and winter boarding students; other dorms are closed.。
  • Please submit the application for winter boarding from December 16, 2019 ( Mon.) to January 06, 2020 (Mon.) (for Residential Colleges and Housing Services Section to arrange the beds). Application process as follows:

    (1) Print out the Summer and Winter Vacation Boarding Application Form. <Please pay after confirming the boarding date.>

    (2) Check the boarding fee at the Residential Colleges and Housing Services Section (NT$ 150 per night; NT$ 75 per night for students with “on-campus working permit” verified by the unit supervisor.)

    (3) Pay the boarding fee at the Payment Kiosk (at the Administrative Building) and return the Application receipt to the Residential Colleges and Housing Services Section;

    (4) Pay the boarding deposit NT$ 100 at the Residential Colleges and Housing Services Section. The deposit will be returned upon check out. If check out regulations are not being followed, the deposit will not be returned. <Thousand bill is not accepted.>

             (5) If same room is requested, please submit the application form at the same time; if the application form is submitted separately, the bed will be           arranged by the Dorm Service Unit.
     

※For winter boarding, the fee will not be refunded if check out in the middle of the stay. If you apply for 10 days but only stay for 6 days, the fee of the other 4 days will not be refunded.※

  • Open hours for Dorm.1 108-3 winter vacation:

  • Winter boarding students please get the key at Dorm.1 after January 13,2019 (Mon.) 17:00.。
