To cancel your housing, please email dss@asia.edu.tw using your Asia University student email account.
►Non-renewing current students

※The housing deposit will be deducted.

Note ►The start of the semester is subject to the University's academic calendar.
►You can update your payment slip in the Student Information System 2 business days after submitting your application. If submitted on the weekend, try again on the following Tuesday.
►Failure to complete the move-out process by the start date of the semester will result in the housing fee being charged.

◎Move-out process
1. Check the Dormitory Fees & Charges Standards (Our website → Housing Information), confirm dormitory fees and deposit details with your parents in advance.
※ Housing deposit is non-refundable except in cases of suspension, withdrawal, transfer, graduation, internship, or other special reasons.
2. Print the “Dormitory Move-out Application Form” (Our website → Form Download) and get the stamp of your advisor on the "Notice" field ("Office of International Affairs", "Center for Overseas Compatriot, Hong Kong, Macau and Cross-Strait Exchange", or "Student Assistance Section").
3. Submit the form to the Housing Services Section first.
4. Get the stamp of the dormitory counter before 21:00 on your move-out date.
5. Return the form to the Housing Services Section during office hours to complete the Move-Out Process.
