Move-Out Application

Move-out process

1. Check the Dormitory Fees & Charges Standards (Our website → Housing Information), confirm dormitory fees and deposit details with your parents in advance.
※ Housing deposit is non-refundable except in cases of suspension, withdrawal, transfer, graduation, internship, or other special reasons.

2. Print the “Dormitory Move-out Application Form” (Our website → Form Download) and get the stamp of your advisor on the "Notice" field (Office of International Affairs, Cross-Strait Education Center, or Student Assistance Section).

3. Submit the form to the Housing Services Section first.

4. Get the stamp of the dormitory counter before 21:00 on your move-out date.

5. Return the form to the Housing Services Section during office hours to complete the Move-Out Process.
