The General Affairs Office will kindly offer trucks to deliver luggage of residents’ in dorm 3 and dorm 4 to Gratitude Hall (Dorm. 1) (no passenger seat).
Delivery time is from 13:30-15:30 on the 16th of Jan. .
Please line-up your luggage in front of Summit Hall (Dorm. 4), and load or unload them by yourselves, and keep fragile or value items with you (such as mirrors or notebooks).
The last carrier will be at 15:30. Those beyond that should move them by yourselves.
