A. Approved and Waiting List Announcement：
►115 Academic Year approved and waiting students list are shown in the file.
※Please do not use a mobile phone to open the PDF file to do the search. Open it on the computer and use Ctrl+F to search for your student ID number.
► Notifications for “waiting list” and “overdue” students will be sent by 2026/08/15 (Fri.) 17:00 at the latest. If you don’t receive any notice by then, it means no bed is available. Please arrange off-campus housing in advance if you cannot wait.
※ “Waiting list students” will be notified if any bed is released after assigning beds to approved students and incoming freshmen. Notices will be posted on the Housing Services Section website and sent via Asia University student email.
※ “Overdue students” will not be listed publicly. Notifications will only be sent via Asia University student email. Their order is after the online waiting list students. For more details, please refer to the 2026/02/27 announcement “115 Academic Year On-Campus Housing Application” on our website.

B. Deposit Payment for Approved Students
► Students who already paid the NT$1,000 deposit during the 114-2 semester do not need to pay again — the deposit will be carried over to 115 Academic Year.
► Beds for admitted students are reserved. Those who wish to withdraw must submit an online withdrawal between 2026/04/17 (Fri) and 04/24 (Fri) 17:00. Late withdrawals will incur a NTD 1,000 deposit deduction.

C. Waiving Dormitory Application
► “Approved, waiting, and overdue students” who wish to waive their 115 Academic Year housing application must complete the following Google Form.
※ “Approved students” must submit the form between 2026/04/17 (Fri) and 04/24 (Fri) 17:00. Late submissions will result in NT$1,000 housing deposit deduction.

D. Residents with 15 or More Penalty Points:
► Students who received 15 or more penalty points in the 114 academic year will have their 115 housing application cancelled.
※ To reapply, complete the Dormitory Service (point removal) at the dormitory counter before 2026/06/19, then submit a housing application as an overdue students.
