1. The dormitory room number is subject to the list at the dormitory counter.
2. When you check your room number, then you can check the bed situation at the Summit Hall counter (ext. 6525) between 2023/06/17 15:00 and 06/19 11:00 (not open from 20:00 to 08:00 the next day), if the bed is available, you can move in earlier. If the bed is not available, you must check in after 12:00 noon on 06/19 and pick up your room key after 17:00 on the same day.
3. Summer vacation dormitory will be moved from Summit Hall to Dreamweaver Hall on 2023/07/17(Mon) 08:00~12:00, You may pick up your keys at the Dreamweaver Hall after the Summit Hall counter staff has checked your room and key.
4. There is no baggage area for Summer vacation housing students.
