1. The dormitory beds list are attached; the dormitory beds arrangement is subject to the list at the dormitory counter.
※Do not use mobile phone to open the PDF file for inquiries. Please open the file on computer, press Ctrl+F to search for student number to inquire about room number.

2.Check-in/out time
►Check-in time: Every day after 12:00 noon.
※On 2025/01/13 (Mon):
*08:00~12:00: Students can place the luggage in the Common Room on the living floor of the "Dreamweaver Hall". Please bring your personal valuables with you at the latest by 19:00 on the same day. The school will not be responsible for taking care of or compensating your valuables.
* After 12:00 noon: You can live the room for winter vacation.
* After 17:00: You can sign in at the dormitory counter to get the key.

►Check-out time: before 23:59 every day.
※If you are unable to complete the check-in/check-out process at the above time during the winter vacation, please complete the check-out procedures the night before and unpack your luggage, place it in the designated area before leaving in the morning, and be sure to retrieve it before 19:00 on the same day; for related matters, please contact the counter during the winter vacation.

3. Notes for room cleaning inspection:
► If you find that the bathrooms in your room are not clean when you check in, please report it directly to the dormitory counter; due to the limited manpower of the cleaning staff, please clean the other areas of the room yourself.
►When you check out of the dormitory, dormitory staff will check the room clean. Before leaving the room, you must record a video tour of the room, starting at the room door plate, which will be retained for at least one year. The last person to leave the room is responsible for locking the door to protect the rights.

4. There is no baggage area for winter/summer vacation housing students.
