I. Definition of Leaving and Withdrawing

Processes According to the rules of each dormitory, must sign the leaving document to find the floor leader or the dorm counter. If you live in Dreamweaver Hall (Dorm 3), you must return the keys.

Complete the move-out process.

II. Cautions

Move out period Students must complete the Leaving Process before 2025/01/12(sun.) 22:00 and leave the dorm before 01/13 10:00.
Violations will be punished according to the "Asia University Guidelines for Dormitory Living Norms and Implementation" or " Asia University Students' Award and Disciplinary Rules".
Withdrawing Period If you apply for withdrawal before 2025/02/14(Fri.), you will be required to pay the deposit.
If you apply for withdrawal after 2025/02/14(Fri.), you will be required to pay the deposit and the corresponding amount of dormitory fee.
Notes for Depositing
  1. Before 2025/01/12(sun.) 12:00, residents will only be able to deposit three boxes of items in the designated area, each box must be labeled with a “Winter/Summer Vacation Application for depositing the baggage form” (Housing Services Section Website →Form Download) and placed in a centralized location.
  2. Can't be picked up during vacation and should be picked up the first week of school.
  3. Bring your personal valuables with you, the school is not responsible for safekeeping.
  4. No post a form on the baggage, deposit more than three boxes, lock the cabinet in the Storage Room, or not collected within one week of the start of the school year, the above items will be handled directly by the Housing Services Section.
Parent access time 2025/01/11(sat.) ~ 01/12(sun.) 08:00~17:00、01/13(Mon.) 08:00~10:00.
Parking Fee Vehicles entering the parking lots of the campus are free of charge for 20 minutes before admission, and will be charged. (Standard fee: NT$20/hour on weekdays and NT$30/hour on holidays)
From 2025/01/06(Mon.) ~01/13(Mon.), vehicles entering the parking lot of the campus for moving can register their license plates at the dormitory counter when you leave.

III. Notes for room cleaning inspection:
1. Details of the cleaning inspection standards, refer the Housing Services Section website→Form Download→1st Semester Cleaning Standards. The main parts to be inspected are: door panels, bathrooms, toilets, bed, under the desk, the space between the bed and the bookcase, bookcases, low cabinets and closets must be cleaned and completely emptied. Lockable cabinets may be used for storage, but they must be locked; items placed in unlocked cabinets are considered abandoned.
2. Before leaving the room, you must record a video tour of the room, starting at the room door plate, which will be retained for at least one year. The last person to leave the room is responsible for locking the door to protect the rights.
3. The dormitory staff will conduct a full inspection after the dormitory has been emptied. If there are any dirty, leftover items or unattended garbage in the common areas of the room or bathrooms, the dormitory staff will take a "full room deposit".
4. Residents are reminded that maintaining good hygiene and a clean environment is their individual responsibility, and that ensuring cleanliness is a collective effort.


IV. Note for Leaving/Withdrawing inspection:
1. Please take your garbage to the dumpster, don't litter in the public areas, violations will be punished according to the dormitory rules.
2. Bring your personal valuables with you, the school is not responsible for the safekeeping of any items.
3. Please make sure that no food is left in the public refrigerator, no clothes are left in the laundry room, no borrowed items are left at the counter, and packages and mail are picked up.
4. Safety Check: When leaving the room, make sure that the electrical equipment (lights, air conditioning) and windows are turned off to avoid hazards.

V. Reminder for 113-2 housing:
1. The dormitory will be open from 2025/02/15(Sat.) ~02/23(Sun.) for the 113-2 semester.
2. Detailed information regarding on the "113-2 Dormitory Occupancy Matters" will be announced on the Housing Services Section website on 2025/02/04(Tue.) 17:10.
