► According to Article 19 of the "Asia University Guidelines for Student Accommodation Application and Management," students who fail to complete the dormitory earthquake drill will not be eligible to apply for dormitory housing in the next academic year.
II. Remedial Measures
►Deadline：2025/02/28
Remedial Measures is "Video Recording".
※The video can be filmed individually or in groups. Please creatively and seriously produce a video of at least 6 minutes.
►Guidelines
1.Video Requirements:
(1) Introduction: Show your student ID and introduce yourself (room number, bed number, student ID, and name). Provide a close-up of the student ID card for verification.
(2) Drill Process: Record the entire earthquake drill process, clearly narrating the steps from the broadcast script(as attached) at each stage.
(3) Correct Actions: Demonstrate accurate actions for each stage, such as three steps for keeping safe (Drop, Cover, Hold), head protection, using the stairs for evacuation, and crouching at the assembly point for roll call.
(4) Locations: Move to the specified locations as mentioned in the broadcast script, such as bedroom, evacuation routes, and assembly points.
※Use only the dormitory's main entrance for evacuation; do not open emergency exits.

2.Notes:
(1) For group videos, all members must appear in the video.
(2) Ensure clear, stable visuals and appropriate audio levels.
(3) Always be mindful of safety during recording.
►Submission Details
(1) Upload the video to Asia University Onedrive Cloud.
(2) Video naming format “113 AU Dorm Earthquake Drill Film (Participant Student IDs)”.
(3) Set privacy to "Anyone with the link can view."
(4) Complete the Remedial Measures Google Form.
