To students who want to apply accommodation for next academic year, please following the application schedule below:
|Enter from the student information system, fill out the accommodation application form (E-mail will inform whether the application is successful)|
|Complete the online accommodation application list of announcement||2023/04/12(Wed.)15pm||If there is no information, please inform Housing Services Section during working hours from 04/13 (Thr.) 12:00 p.m. to 04/17 (Mon.) 12:00 p.m.. The application will be regarded as incomplete if the time is exceeded.|
|Announcement of draw lots results||2023/04/21(Fri.)17pm|
|List announcement||2023/05/10(Wed.)15pm||After completing the payment of the deposit, you will be a dormitory student in the 112 academic year.|
|If you have found 3 accepted accommodations, you can go to the system to fill in the room you want to live in.|
|If you have found 2 accepted accommodations, you can go to the system to fill in the room you want to live in.|
|If you have found 1 accepted accommodations, you can go to the system to fill in the room you want to live in.|
|The remaining students who did not fill in the bedroom||The remaining students who have not fill in the bedrooms will be randomly assigned bedrooms by the Housing Service Section without any objection.|
(1)If you had received 15 penalty points (inclusive) in the 111 academic year, and you haven’t done the repentance services, then your accommodation can’t be applying for next academic year.
(2)This residential lease is for one academic year, so the deposit term is also for one academic year. But the payment of accommodation is by semester.
(3) If you cancel your lodging midway during the lease, the deposit ($1,000 NTD) would not be refund, expect graduating, suspending or transferring. And the accommodation payment would be returned by the terms of "Asia University Guidelines for Student Accommodation Application and Management".
