A. Precondition
►According to the "Asia University Winter/Summer Vacation Student Accommodation Rules", the dormitory will be closed during the winter/summer vacations for dormitory cleaning, disinfection, equipment maintenance, etc. Accommodation for residents and camps during the winter/summer vacation will only be provided if there is spare capacity. This individual application is limited to 200 beds; the remaining beds are reserved for camp applications. |
►Before applying, please carefully evaluate your "adaptability to group living" and "health condition suitable for housing", be sure to read carefully read and confirm that you can abide by the "Asia University Guidelines for Student Accommodation Application and Management", "Asia University Guidelines for Dormitory Living Norms and Implementation" and "Consent for Housing" to avoid interfering with others housing rights or losing your own property. |

►For winter/summer housing immediately following the previous semester: If the restroom in your room is unclean upon check-in, report it immediately to the dormitory counter for cleaning arrangements. Failure to report at check-in will be considered acceptance of the room's cleanliness. |

►Submit ”Asia University Winter/Summer Vacation Registration/Withdrawal Application Form”(Housing Services Section website→Form Download. Print on both sides, only version 202404 will be accepted.) ※Double-sided Printing Only, single-sided prints will not be accepted. ※Confirm the date of stay and check the housing fees with us before payment. ※Submit forms simultaneously to live together. Beds will be arranged based on availability, no guarantee of the same room. ►Post office/bank passbook must be uploaded. View the instructions on the application form for details. ※The passbook account name must match the applicant's name. ※Non-Cathay United Bank accounts will incur a processing fee. |
Housing Fees & Deposit |
► Housing fee: (1)General Residential Students:NT$150 per night. (2)Campus Internship/Independent Study/Research Approval Student:NT$75 per night. Need to obtain the stamped certificate on the back of the application form. ►Housing Deposit:NT$500 each person. |
Payment Method | ►Attention!! Overpayment will not be refunded. A. Automated payment machine:The housing fee and the deposit are two different options. B. Payment Receipt/Details | ► Keeping payment receipt/details is important: A. Automated Payment Machine: Two receipts each for housing fees and deposits, totaling four receipts. Upload all of them. B. Bank Transfer: Take your own photos or screenshot the transfer details. ►Take a single photo or edit the "Post Office/Bank Passbook" and "Payment Receipt/Details" together, then upload it via the QR code on the application form. ►Submit the form to the Housing Services Section to complete the process. |

Daily Check-in/out Time | ► Gratitude Hall:2025/06/23(Mon.) 12:00, and can pick up the key after 17:00. ► Summit Hall:must move before 2025/08/01(Fri.) 08:00~11:59. ※You may pick up your keys at the Summit Hall after the Gratitude Hall counter staff has checked your key and room. (2025/05/12 Updated) ※For off-campus interns or part-timers unable to check in/out during winter/summer dormitory changeovers, complete check-out the night before. Leave luggage in the designated area by morning and collect it by 19:00. Contact the dormitory counter for assistance. |
Deposit Refund | ►Housing deposit refunds will be processed within 3 months after the semester starts. Contact the Cashier Section for details. ►Graduating students leaving Taiwan must collect their refund at the Housing Services Section before departure. ►Non-graduating students without a bank account must visit the Housing Services Section after check-out or provide a Post Office/Bank Passbook if the deadline is missed. ►No refunds for non-compliance with check-out, damage to dormitory equipment, or uncleanliness. |
Other Notes | ►There is “no” baggage area for winter/summer vacation housing students. ► 114 Academic Year dormitory open date is 2025/08/30(Sat.) 08:00, early check-in is not possible. ※Students who “applied for summer housing until 2025/08/29” and are “114 Academic Year On-campus Residents” may check-in 114 Academic Year dormitory on 2025/08/29(Fri.) 08:00. ※Unauthorized early check-in by ineligible students will be penalized according to dormitory regulations. |
