1. 113 academic year approved and waiting students list are shown in the file.
►This list does not include overdue students. The list of overdue students will not be announced later and will be arranged after waiting list.
►If there are enough beds available, waiting and overdue students will be notified by the announcement and the Asia University student mailbox before 2024/08/16(Fri.) at the latest. Rent an off-campus house first if unable to wait.
2. If the resident has "received 15 or more penalty points in the 112 academic year", the 113 academic year housing application will be cancelled.
► If the resident whose housing application has been cancelled still needs to apply for housing, complete the Dormitory Service before 2024/06/22 and then reapply as an overdue student.
3. Approved students will be a 113 academic year resident after paying the NT$1,000 housing deposit.
►If a resident has paid the deposit on the 112 academic year, it will be extended directly.
►Approved Deposit Required List is shown in the file. If the deposit is not paid from 2024/04/22(Mon.) 09:00 ~ 2024/04/26(Fri.) 17:00, the approved status will be cancelled.
►How to pay the deposit:
Step 1. Tell the Housing Service Section that you want to pay the deposit during the school’s office hours.
Step 2. Then pay the deposit at the pay machine in the Building L.
Step 3. Give the deposit receipt to the Housing Services Section.
4. If approved and waiting students want to waive their status, complete the Google form.
► According to the dormitory regulations, if the approved student who want to waive status does not submit the form before 2024/04/22(Mon.) 09:00 ~ 2024/04/26(Fri.) 17:00, the NT$1,000 deposit will be deducted.

5. 113 academic year resident list will be announced on 2024/05/08(Wed.) 17:00.
