(Standard fee: NT$20/hour on weekdays and NT$30/hour on holidays) ►From 2026/01/05(Mon.) ~2026/01/12(Mon.), if vehicles entered the parking lot of the campus for moving, please register the license plates at the dormitory counter before you leave and get the discount. (2025/12/16 Updated)Parking fee discounts are valid on the same day only. III. Notes for room cleaning inspection:
1. Details of the cleaning inspection standards are referred on the Housing Services Section website→Form Download→1st Semester Cleaning Standards. The main parts to be inspected are door panels, bathrooms, toilets, bed, under the desk, the space between the bed and the bookcases and low cabinets and closets must be cleaned and completely emptied. Lockable cabinets may be used for storage, but they must be locked. Items placed in unlocked cabinets are considered abandoned.
2. Before leaving the room, you must record a video tour of the room, starting from the room door plate, which should be retained for at least one year. The last person who leaves the room has to lock the door to preserve the personal rights.
3. The dormitory staff will conduct a full inspection when the dormitory has been emptied. If there were any dirt, left items or garbage in the public areas of the room or bathrooms, the dormitory staff will take "full room deposit".
4. Residents have the responsibility to maintain a clean environment. And ensuring cleanliness is a collective effort.
IV. Note for Leaving/Withdrawing inspection:
1. Please take your garbage to the dumpster, don't litter in the public areas, violations will be punished according to the dormitory rules.
2. Bring your personal valuables with you, the school is not responsible for the safekeeping of any items.
3. Please make sure that no food is left in the public refrigerator, no clothes are left in the laundry room, no borrowed items are left at the counter, and packages and mail are picked up.
4. Safety Check: When leaving the room, make sure that the electrical equipment (lights, air conditioning) and windows are turned off to avoid hazards.
5.The “114-1 Dormitory Deposit Deduction List” is expected to be announced in the second week of the 114-2 semester. According to Article 11, Section 2 of the Guidelines for Student Accommodation Application and Management, deposits will not be refunded if:
(1) Official check-out procedures are not completed.
(2) Dorm property is damaged and the responsibility cannot be identified.
(3) The room is not properly cleaned before leaving.
V. Reminder for 114-2 housing:
1. The dormitory will be open from 2026/02/21(Sat.) to 2026/03/01(Sun.) of the 114-2 semester.
2. Detailed information regarding on the "114-2 Dormitory Occupancy Matters" will be announced on the Housing Services Section website on 2026/02/03(Tue.) 17:10.
