2.Check-in/out time
►Check-in time, After 12:00 Every Day
* After 12:00, you can stay in the dormitory of winter vacation.
* After 17:00, you can sign in at the dormitory counter to get the key.
►Check-out time, Before 11:59 Every Day
※If you are unable to complete the check-in/check-out process at the above time during the winter vacation because of internship or work-study, please complete the check-out procedures the night before and pack your luggage. Place it in the designated area before leaving in the morning, and be sure to take it before 19:00 on the same day. Please contact the dormitory counter during the winter vacation for related matters.
3. Notes for room cleaning inspection
► If you found that the bathrooms in your room were not clean when you checked in, please report it directly to the dormitory counter. Due to the manpower of the cleaning staff is limited, please clean the other areas of the room by yourself.
►When you check out, dormitory staff will check the room clean. Before leaving the room, you must record a video tour of the room which will be retained for at least one year, starting from the room door plate to the whole room including your student card. The person who leaves the room last is responsible for locking the door to protect the rights.
