►Registration schedule timeline：
4 people registered：2025/05/13(Tue.) 09:00 ~ 05/17(Sat.) 15:00
3 people registered：2025/05/18(Sun.) 09:00 ~ 05/22(Thu.) 15:00
2 people registered：2025/05/23(Fri.) 09:00 ~ 05/27(Tue.) 15:00
※Remaining students who didn't choose a room, the Housing Services Section will arrange the beds and no objections will be accepted.
►Application Paths：Student Information System→All Applications→Student Dormitory Registration
※Gather the required number of approved students to apply for bed registration.
►Update to 4-person room registration process
Once one student registers a room in the system, a confirmation email will be sent to the selected roommates. All students must confirm their willingness to room together by 23:59 the following day. If anyone declines or fails to confirm within the deadline, the registration will be considered invalid.
► Register bedroom application email copy：Check your Asia University student mailbox to confirm that you have received the application email copy after submitting. If not, resubmit the application or contact us to inquire.
D. Waiting list and overdue students：If there are enough beds available, notification will be sent to the "Asia University Student Mailbox" before 2025/08/15 at the latest. Rent an off-campus house first if unable to wait.
E. If you missed the on-campus online housing application deadline, refer to the announcement on the Housing Services website on 2025/02/27 to submit the Housing Application Google form as an overdue student.
