110-3 Winter Boarding Application Announcement
The winter boarding regulations are as follows:
The winter boarding regulations are as follows:
1.During the winter vacation of the 110th academic year, only Gratitude Hall (Dorm.1) is opened for winter camps and winter boarding students who apply for accommodation, and the other dormitories are closed.
2.Please submit the Winter Boarding application to Residential Colleges and Housing Services Section from between December 20th(Mon.), 2021 and January 10th(Mon.) , 2022.
3.Application process as follows:
(1)Print out the Summer and Winter Vacation Boarding Application Form.
(2)Payment conditions as NT$ 150 per night for regulation applicants; NT$ 75 per night for applicants with “on-campus working permit” verified by the unit supervisor. Please pay accommodation fee after your payment is confirmed by the Residential Colleges and Housing Services Section staff.
(3)Pay the accommodation fee at the Payment Machine (at the Administrative Building) and summit the payment receipt to the Residential Colleges and Housing Services Section staff.
(4)Pay accommodation deposit NT$ 100 in cash <only NT$100 bill is acceptable.> at the Residential Colleges and Housing Services Section. The deposit will be returned upon checking out (on the condition of completing checking out progress otherwise no refund).

※If a share room is requested, please submit the application forms together, otherwise the arrangement is nonnegotiable. ※
※Once completing the payment means the lease is taken. The accommodation fee would be non-refundable by any circumstances.<Such as moving out in the middle of terms.> and the leasehold would be non-transferable. ※
4.Running days for Gratitude Hall (Dorm.1) for 110-3 winter vacation: (the total are 26 days 25 nights)
January 17 th (Mon.) 12:00- January 28 th (Fri.) 15:00 January 28th (Fri.) 15:00- February 7th (Mon.) 12:00 (Chinese New Year, no local residents)
February 7th (Mon.) 12:00- February 11th (Fri.) 12:00
5.If you need to stay in the dormitory during Chinese New Year (January 28 th (Fri.) 15:00- February 7th (Mon.) 12:00), you have to notify your department/unite <such as the International College>.
6.The key will be dispatched at Gratitude Hall (Dorm.1) after January 17th, 2022 (Mon.) 17:00. for winter boarding students.
