A. Pre-move-in Notes
► Individuals suspected or diagnosed with COVID-19 or influenza should stay home and rest until they are well to avoid spreading the infection to other residents. Bed planning will be adjusted based on the epidemic and beds will be added, adjusted, removed or discontinued as needed.
► Housing Services Section has the right to modify, change, suspend or terminate the occupancy matters, and the details are subject to the announcement on our website.

Bed Announcement 08/28(Wed.)
17:00		 ►The dormitory bed arrangement is subject to the list at the dormitory counter upon check-in.
Dorm move-in period 08/31(Sat.) ~ 09/15(Sun.)
08:30~21:30 		►Sign at the dorm counter for occupancy during 08:30~21:30.
►From 08/31 to 09/01, family members are allowed to enter the dormitory and must leave before 21:30.
►From 09/02 to 09/15, family members are “not” allowed to enter the dormitory.
Triaged occupancy 08/31(Sat.) ~ 09/01(Sun.)
08:30~17:00 		►To maintain dormitory order, students are triaged to move in according to their college. The triaged occupancy arrangements are as follows:

►During the triaged occupancy period (08:30~17:00), there are staffs to help direct the traffic. It is recommended to avoid 10:00~12:00 and 15:00~17:00 to avoid the crowd and traffic.
►When entering the school, please slow down and pay attention to the safety of pedestrians and vehicles to avoid danger.
Borrow a trolley 08/31(Sat.) ~
End of semester		 ►Do it at the dormitory counter and mortgage your ID card. (Trolleys are limited in the dormitory, so it is advisable to bring your own.)
Start roll call 09/15 (Sun.) start ►Ask the Dorm counter or the floor leader for how to roll call.
►If you have a personal reason for not checking in by the deadline, you must request leave online.
Baggage claim period 08/31(Sat.) ~ 09/15(Sun.) ►If you have deposited baggage, you must claim it before 2024/09/15 (Sun.). Uncollected items will be handled by the Housing Services Section without objection.
Bed change request period 09/23(Mon.) ~ 12/27(Fri.) ►Refer to the Housing Services Section website → Form Download → Room & Bed Change Application Form.
Parking fee notes 08/31(Sat.) ~ 09/15(Sun.) ►According to the General Affairs Office's email of 2023/03/29, vehicles entering the parking lots of the Museum of Modern Art and the Gymnasium are free of charge for 20 minutes before admission, and will be charged according to the announced amount. (Standard fee: NT$20/hour on weekdays and NT$30/hour on holidays)
►During 2024/08/31~09/15, vehicles entering the parking lot of the Museum of Modern Art and the Gymnasium for moving can register their license plates at the counter of Dreamweaver Hall (Dorm 3) when you leave.
