| I. Pre-move-in Requirements and Important Notes |
| ►First-time residents must submit a chest X-ray examination report. Please refer to the important announcements on the Housing Services Section website: https://reurl.cc/E4jod1 |
| ►Students who are suspected or confirmed to have infectious disease or influenza are strongly advised to move in only after full recovery, in order to prevent cluster infections among residents. Dormitory bed arrangements may be adjusted according to epidemic prevention emergency measures. When necessary, bed spaces may be requisitioned, adjusted, canceled, or suspended. Residents must cooperate accordingly. |

►The Housing Services Section reserves the right to revise, change, suspend, or terminate move-in arrangements at any time. All announcements shall be based on official notices published on the Section’s website. Any matters not covered herein shall be handled in accordance with the Section’s regulations and interpretations. |

►Sign in and collect the key at the dormitory counter to complete check-in. ►02/21–02/22: Family and friends are allowed to assist with moving in (must leave before 21:00). ►02/23–03/01: Family and friends are not allowed to assist with moving in. ►Recommended to avoid peak hours: 10:00–12:00 and 15:00–17:00. ►Drive slowly when entering campus and pay attention to pedestrian and vehicle safety. |

| Parking Fee Notice |

►From Academic Year 113 onward, all campus parking lots are managed by City Parking Management. First 20 minutes free; charges apply thereafter (Weekdays: NT$10 /30 min, Weekends: NT$15/30 min). ►Vehicles entering campus for move-in during 2026/02/21–03/01 may register their license plate at dormitory counters for parking fee exemption before leaving. |
