Important Notes:
► The content of the morning and afternoon sessions is the same, so please register for only one session.
► Due to limited spots, filling out the registration form does not guarantee a spot. The list of participants will be updated below this announcement and will be notified via the Asia University student mailbox.
► The personal information provided in the registration form will be used to apply for insurance coverage for the tour bus ride.
► It is not possible to change participants, so please ensure you can attend before registering.
► If you are unable to attend, please email "Name, Student Number, Event Name, Date and Time, Reason for Absence" to "dss@asia.edu.tw" via the Asia University student mailbox in advance.
► Participation will count as completionof the disaster evacuation drill.

I. To be certified as having completed the dormitory earthquake drill, participants must complete the following three tasks:
(1) Campus Exploration Form (distributed on the event day and must be returned to the Housing Services staff at the end of the event).
(2) Online Feedback Form (to be filled out by scanning a QR code on-site).
(3) Provide two photos (individual or group photos during the tour, to be uploaded from the form).
