2. Do choose the right type of water heater: Select the right type of water heater according to the ventilation status of the installation site. For example, outdoor (RF type) water heater shall be installed in a well-ventilated outdoor space; and if you wish to install the water heater indoor or in a poor-ventilated place, choose a semi-closed forced exhaust (FE type) or sealed forced exhaust (FF type) type gas water heater
3. Ensure a safe installation: The installation must be carried out by a qualified professional specializing in gas water heater and piping installation. The professional should affix a label to the water heater upon completion.
4. Regular inspections and maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, repairs, and replacements of the water heater. If repositioning or replacement of the water heater is deemed necessary, please seek assistance from a qualified professional specializing in water heater installation.
5. Maintain proper ventilation: Avoid adding additional doors, windows, or awnings, and avoid hanging an excessive amount of clothes on the balcony, as this could obstruct proper ventilation.
