A. Dormitory Occupancy Matters
Please refer to the "114-1 Dormitory Occupancy Matters" announced on 2025/08/05 on the Housing Services Section website.
It includes information on the start date for roll call, luggage pickup and room change application.
※For roll call procedures, please inquire at the dormitory counter or with the floor leader.
※Room and bed change applications can be submitted between the 3rd and 16th week of the semester. For guidelines, please refer to the Housing Services Section website→Forms Download→Room & Bed Change Application Form.

B. Transportation Information
On-Campus Parking Guidelines
※Reduce speed when entering campus and stay alert for pedestrians and vehicles to ensure safety.
※Starting from the 113th academic year, parking spaces on all campuses will be managed by City Parking Company.
The first 20 minutes are free, and fees will be charged according to the posted rates after that time. (Rates: Weekdays NT$10/half-hour, Weekends NT$15/half-hour.)
※During the check-in period (08/30~09/14), parking on the campus will be free of charge with open access. There is no need to go to the dormitory counter for fee waivers. If you are unable to exit through the gate, please press the button next to the gate or the payment machine to contact the staff.

C. Living a good life ~ Dormitory Earthquake Drill Series
According to the 19th article of the Student Dormitory Housing Registration and Management Guidelines, the dormitory residents are obligated to participate the precaution disaster and evacuation drill, no one can be absent without a proper cause. Non-participants will not be allowed to apply for dormitory for the following academic year.
The announcement for details on the 114th Academic Year Dormitory Earthquake Drill Series is expected to be posted on 2025/09/01.

D. Room & Bed List Announcement
Student Dormitory Room & Bed Allocation Guidelines:
The allocation of rooms and beds is determined by the Housing Services Section. It is not permitted to move, exchange, or occupy them without authorization, nor to refuse a new resident. Violations will be handled according to the "Asia University Student Dormitory Regulations and Implementation Guidelines."

Check your “114-1 Dormitory Room & Bed Number” in the “Student Information System→All Records→Dormitory Counseling Record.”
Explanation of Room and Bed Numbers:
ex. 1234A, the first number represents the dormitory:
【1】Gratitude Hall (Dorm 1); 【8】Beatitude Hall (Dorm 2); 【9】Dreamweaver Hall (Dorm 3); 【6】Summit Hall (Dorm 4).
The second number represents the floor.
The third and fourth numbers represent the room number.
The English letter represents the bed.

You can update your payment slip in the Student Information System 2 business days after submitting your application. If submitted on the weekend, try again on the following Tuesday.

Failure to complete the move-out process by the start date of the 114-1 semester will result in the housing fee being charged.
