1.Precondition
According to the "Asia University Winter/Summer Vacation Student Accommodation Rules", the dormitory will be closed during the winter/summer vacations for dormitory cleaning, disinfection, equipment maintenance, etc. Accommodation for residents and camps during the winter/summer vacation will only be provided if there is spare capacity.
Before applying, please carefully evaluate your "adaptability to group living" and "health condition suitable for housing", be sure to read carefully read and confirm that you can abide by the "Asia University Guidelines for Student Accommodation Application and Management", "Asia University Guidelines for Dormitory Living Norms and Implementation" and "Consent for Housing" to avoid interfering with others housing rights or losing your own property.
!!Attention!! No refunds will be made after payment of the Housing fees. Consider your housing needs carefully before applying.

Open Dormitory Gratitude Hall (with bathroom):2024/06/24(Mon.) 12:00~2024/08/01(Thu.) 11:59.
Blessing Hall (with bathroom):2024/08/01(Thu.) 08:00~2024/08/26(Mon.) 11:59.
Other dorms will be closed.
Housing Period Residential students: 2024/06/24(Mon.) 12:00~2024/08/26(Mon.) 11:59, 64 days 63 night
Camp: 2024/07/01(Mon.) 12:00~08/16(Fri.) 11:59.
Camp must be approved by the school.
Check-in Time Gratitude Hall: 2024/06/24(Mon.) 12:00, and can pick up the key after 17:00.
Blessing Hall: must move before 2024/08/01(Thu.) 11:59.
You may pick up your keys at the Blessing Hall after the Gratitude Hall counter staff has checked your key and room.
Other notes (1) Four dormitories cleaning, disinfection, equipment inspection and maintenance of the final confirmation, not open for accommodation from 2024/08/26(Mon.) ~ 2024/08/30(Fri.)
(2) There is no baggage area for winter/summer vacation housing students.
(3) 113-1 dorm open date is 2024/08/31(Sat.) 08:00, early check-in is not possible.

3.Application Process

Submit ”Asia University Winter/Summer Vacation Registration/Withdrawal Application Form”(Housing Services Section website→Form Download. Print on both sides, only version 202404 will be accepted.)
※Those who need to live together must submit the application form at the same time. If not, the Housing Services Section will arrange the beds directly.
The post office/bank passbook must be uploaded in order for refund the deposit. View the instructions on the application form for details.
※The passbook account name must match the applicant's name and if it is not a Cathay United Bank account, a processing fee will be deducted when the deposit is refunded.
Fees & Deposit Confirm the date of stay and come to the Housing Services Section to check the Housing fees before payment
Housing fee:
(1) General Residential Students:NT$150 per night.
(2) If you are a campus Internship/Independent Study/Research Approval student, the housing fee will be reduced to NT$75 per night after obtaining the stamped certificate on the back of the application form.
Housing Deposit:NT$500 each person.
Payment Method A. Machine Payment: Payment should be made at the automated payment machine located in the Administration Building. Please note that the Accommodation Fee and the Deposit are two different options, and the overpayment will not be refunded.
B. Bank Transfer: Single transfer payment of housing fee and deposit, overpayment is not refundable.

Payment Receipt/Details After payment, the applicant must take a photo or edit of the "Post Office/Bank Passbook" and "Payment Receipt/Details " together in the same image, and then upload them to the Qrcode on the application form. Submit the application form to the Housing Services Section then the application is complete.
A. Machine Payment: Housing fee and deposit each have two receipts, making four receipts.
B. Bank Transfer: Take your own photos or screenshot the transfer details.
Keeping payment receipt/details is important.
Deposit Refund Deposit refund will be made after the middle of next semester, expected to be available two months, it will be remitted to your bank account number registered with the General Affairs Office Cashier Section. No refunds will be made for failure to comply with the dormitory checkout procedures, damage to the dormitory equipment, or failure to clean.
If applicant misses deadline, must provide Post Office/Bank Passbook.
