I. Announcement Notes

※This announcement is available on our website and the online version shall prevail in case of any changes.

II. Schedule Timeline

Items	Content
114-2 Check-out date	►According to the rules of each dormitory, must sign the leaving document at the floor leader or the dorm counter. ►Students must complete the Check-out process by 2026/06/28 22:00 and leave the dorm by 2026/06/29 10:00. ※Violations will be punished according to the Asia University Regulations.
115  Housing withdrawing	►Withdraw from 115 housing qualification by 2026/08/28 17:00 to receive a deposit-only deduction. ※Details are available in the 2026/04/17 announcement on the Housing Services website. ※Late cancellations will be charged housing fees according to AU regulations, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Notes for depositing	►Complete the depositing process by 2026/06/28 12:00 ►Next semester residents will only be able to deposit 3 boxes of items in the designated area. ►Students from Yilan, Hualien, Taitung, outlying islands, or overseas may store up to 5 boxes. ※Storage is not allowed for students without 115 housing qualification. ※Must labeled with a “Winter/Summer baggage depositing Form” each box. (Housing Section Website →Form Download). ※Bring your personal valuables with you, the school is not responsible for safekeeping. ※Can't be picked up during vacation and should be picked up the first week of school. ※No post a form on the baggage, deposit more than three boxes, lock the cabinet in the Storage Room, or not collected within one week of the start of the school year, the above items will be handled directly by the Housing Services Section.
Parent time	►2026/06/27 08:00~17:00、2026/06/28 08:00~17:00、2026/06/29 08:00~10:00
Parking Fee	►2026/06/22~2026/06/29, register your license plate at the dormitory counter when moving out to waive the parking fee. ※Vehicles entering the parking lots of the campus are free of charge for 20 minutes before admission, and will be charged.【Standard fee: NT$20/hour on weekdays and NT$30/hour on holidays】 ※Check the automated payment kiosk to confirm your parking discount before exiting. ※Parking fee discounts are valid on the same day only. Overnight parking is not eligible for discounts, and the applicable parking fees must be paid in accordance with regulations.
Service End Dates	►2026/06/05：Fitness center (Summit Hall) ►2026/06/18：Treadmill (Dorm 1–3), Parcel collection, refrigerator, other equipment (e.g., Dehumidifier, Microwave) ►2026/06/29：Cart rental

III. Notes for room cleaning inspection
►Details of the cleaning inspection standards, refer the Housing Section website →Form Download →2nd semester cleaning standard.
※The main parts to be inspected are: door panels, bathrooms, toilets, bed, under the desk, the space between the bed and the bookcase, bookcases, low cabinets and closets must be cleaned and completely emptied.
►Record a room tour video before check-out, starting at the room door plate with student ID card, which will be retained for at least one year.
※The last person to leave the room is responsible for locking the door to protect the rights.
►The dormitory staff will conduct a full inspection after the dormitory has been emptied. If there are any dirty, leftover items or unattended garbage in the common areas of the room or bathrooms, the dormitory staff will take a "full room deposit".
※Cleanliness starts with you — keep the dorm clean, it’s everyone’s responsibility.

IV. Other Cautions
►Take your garbage to the dumpster, don't litter in the public areas, violations will be punished according to the dormitory rules.
►Bring your personal valuables with you, the school is not responsible for the safekeeping of any items.
►Make sure that no any items left in the public refrigerator, laundry room, counter, and packages and mail are picked up.
►All items left behind after check-out will be treated as discarded.
►Make sure that the electrical equipment (lights, air conditioning) and windows are turned off to avoid hazards.
►The “114-2 Dormitory Deposit Deduction List” is expected to be announced in the second week of the 115-1 semester. According to Article 11, Section 2 of the Guidelines for Student Accommodation Application and Management, deposits will not be refunded if:
(1) Official check-out procedures are not completed.
(2) Dorm property is damaged and the responsibility cannot be identified.
(3) The room is not properly cleaned before leaving.

V. Reminder for 115housing
►The "115-1 Dormitory Occupancy Matters" will be announced on the Housing Services Section website on 2026/08/05 17:10.
►115 Academic Year dormitory open date is 2026/08/29 08:00~ 2026/09/13, early check-in is not possible.
※Students who “summer housing until 2026/08/28” and “115 Academic Year On-campus Residents” may check-in on 2026/08/28 08:00.
※Unauthorized early check-in by ineligible students will be penalized according to dormitory regulations.

►115 waiting list and overdue students：If there are enough beds available, notification will be sent to the "Asia University Student Mailbox" by 2026/08/14 at the latest. Rent an off-campus house first if unable to wait.
※Applicants must actively check our website and student email, Overdue will be considered as automatic forfeiture of housing rights.
※If you missed the on-campus online housing application deadline, refer to the announcement on the Housing Services website on 2026/02/26 to submit the Housing Application Google form as an overdue student.
