► According to Article 11, Section 2 of the Guidelines for Student Accommodation Application and Management, deposits will not be refunded if:(114-1 Dormitory Leaving/Withdrawing Announcement)
(1) Official check-out procedures are not completed.
(2) Dorm property is damaged and responsibility cannot be identified.
(3) The room is not properly cleaned before moving out.
