► Individuals suspected or diagnosed with COVID-19 or influenza should stay home and rest until they are well to avoid spreading the infection to other residents. Bed planning will be adjusted based on the epidemic and beds will be added, adjusted, removed or discontinued as needed. |
► Housing Services Section has the right to modify, change, suspend or terminate the occupancy matters, and the details are subject to the announcement on our website. |

►Sign at the dorm counter for occupancy during 08:30~21:30. ►From 08/30 to 08/31, family members are allowed to enter the dormitory and must leave before 21:30. ►From 09/01 to 09/14, family members are “not” allowed to enter the dormitory. |

►To maintain dormitory order, students are triaged to move in according to their college. The triaged occupancy arrangements are as follows:
►When entering the school, please slow down and pay attention to the safety of pedestrians and vehicles to avoid danger. ►Please see the attached diagram for the directions of on-campus transportation for dormitory check-in. |

►Do it at the dormitory counter and mortgage your ID card. (Trolleys are limited in the dormitory, so it is advisable to bring your own.) | ||||||||||||
Start roll call | 09/14 (Sun.) start | ►Ask the Dorm counter or the floor leader for how to roll call. ►If you have a personal reason for not checking in by the deadline, you must request leave online. |

Baggage claim period | 08/30(Sat.) ~ 09/14(Sun.) | ►If you have deposited baggage, you must claim it before 2025/09/14 (Sun.). Uncollected items will be handled by the Housing Services Section without objection. | ||||||||||||

Parking fee notes | 08/30(Sat.) ~ 09/14(Sun.) | ►Vehicles entering the parking lots are free of charge for 20 minutes before admission, and will be charged according to the announced amount. (Standard fee: NT$20/hour on weekdays and NT$30/hour on holidays) ►During 2025/08/30~09/14, vehicles entering the parking lot for moving can register their license plates at each counter of Dorm when you leave. |
