109-4暑假住宿申請

一、109學年度暑假期間:

       110年8月9日（一）12:00至110年9月10日（五）12:00僅開放登峰學苑，其他宿舍關閉。

二、受疫情影響，為降低群聚感染之風險，暑假期間僅供109-2學期境外住宿生申請及經特殊個案申請獲准者，其餘一律不得進住宿舍。

三、申請暑假住宿之境外生，請於上班時間110/8/2(一)~110/8/5(四)內提出申請(以利宿服組安排暑假床位)。

       申請流程如下：

1.上網列印寒暑假住宿申請單。＜請先至宿服組確定住宿日期再行繳費＞

2.至宿服組審核住宿金額。

3.至自動繳費機(行政大樓)繳交住宿費，並將申辦聯及住宿保證金100元『退宿時歸還』繳交至宿服組;辦理退宿時，如未依規定退宿，則不予退還保證金。<勿 拿 千 元 大 鈔 >

4.如需同寢，請務必同時繳交申請單；如分開繳交由宿服組安排床位。

※申請暑假住宿時，如中途退宿將不退費。如申請10日只住６日，４日費用不退費。※

5.暑假退宿時間為住宿最後一天的中午12點前退宿，如超過退宿時間，將不予退還保證金。

四、暑假住宿生及尚住在宿舍未返家之學生請於110/7/26(一)10時前搬至「登峰學苑」。

Adjust according to the epidemic situation 

109-4 Summer Boarding Application Announcement

A. Only Summit Hall is opened from August 9, 110 (Mon) 12:00 to September 10 (Fri) 12:00, and the others are closed during 109-4.

B. The accommodation program in 109-4 Summer is only for the AU foreign students and overseas Chinese. Only Summit Hall is opened.

C.The qualified applicants who apply for summer vacation accommodation, please hand in application form during business hours 110/8/2 (Mon) ~ 110/8/5 (Thu) for the benefit of the Housing Section to arrange beds. (It would be adjusted according to the epidemic situation).

The application process as following:

(1) Print out the “Summer and Winter Vacation Boarding Application Form” on web site.＜Please confirm with Housing Section before paying the fee＞

(2) Please check the number of days and fee with the staff of Housing Services Section.

(3) Pay the accommodation fee at the Payment Kiosk, then hand in the receipts and $100 deposit to the staff of Housing Services Section. The deposit payment is accepted only by a NT$100 paper bill in cash, and will return to you after finishing the check-out procedure.

(4) If sharing a room is requested, please submit the application forms together; otherwise the beds arrangement is not negotiable.

(5) Check-out time is before 12:00 on the last day of your lease. If your check-out process passed due, the deposit would be nonrefundable.

※If you move out before the lease is up, the boarding fee is nonrefundable. For example, if you paid 10 nights, and only stayed 6, the excess fees will not be returned.※

D. The keys will be dispatched at Summit Hall (Dorm. 4) counter after 12:00 July 26th (Mon.).
