III. Notes for room cleaning inspection:
1. The room cleanliness inspection standards are outlined in the attached document. The main parts to be inspected are: door panels, bathrooms, toilets, bed, under the desk, the space between the bed and the bookcase, bookcases, low cabinets and closets must be cleaned and completely emptied. Lockable cabinets may be used for storage, but they must be locked; items placed in unlocked cabinets are considered abandoned.
2. Before leaving the room, you must record a video tour of the room, starting at the room door plate, which will be retained for at least one year. The last person to leave the room is responsible for locking the door to protect the rights.
3. The dormitory staff will conduct a full inspection after the dormitory has been emptied. If there are any dirty, leftover items or unattended garbage in the common areas of the room or bathrooms, the dormitory staff will take a "full room deposit".
4. Residents are reminded that maintaining good hygiene and a clean environment is their individual responsibility, and that ensuring cleanliness is a collective effort.
IV. Note for Leaving/Withdrawing inspection:
1. Please take your garbage to the dumpster, don't litter in the public areas, violations will be punished according to the dormitory rules.
2. Bring your personal valuables with you, the school is not responsible for the safekeeping of any items.
3. Please make sure that no food is left in the public refrigerator, no clothes are left in the laundry room, no borrowed items are left at the counter, and packages and mail are picked up.
4. Safety Check: When leaving the room, make sure that the electrical equipment (lights, air conditioning) and windows are turned off to avoid hazards.
V. Other reminders:
※Parking Fee Notes for the Museum of Modern Art and the Gymnasium:
1. According to the General Affairs Office's email of 2023/03/29, vehicles entering the parking lots of the Museum of Modern Art and the Gymnasium are free of charge for 20 minutes before admission, and will be charged according to the announced amount. (Standard fee: NT$20/hour on weekdays and NT$30/hour on holidays)
2. From 2024/01/08~01/13, vehicles entering the parking lot of the Museum of Modern Art and the Gymnasium for moving can register their license plates at the counter of Dreamweaver Hall (Dorm 3) when you leave.
※Reminder for 112-2 housing:
1.The dormitory will be open from 2024/02/17~02/25 for the 112-2 semester.
2. Detailed information regarding on the "112-2 Dormitory Occupancy Matters" will be announced on the Housing Services Section website on 2024/02/01.
